My favorite part of investing with BTC
I really like this service Customer support is fast and helpful Set up is fast and easy I would love to see an upgrade to the dashboard view as I always have to reorient myself to understand what I am seeing It s not quite as intuitive as it can be Also would love an easy way to figure out the amount to move - I have to take extra steps to find the current rate translate it into the USD amount to withdraw I think this could be streamlined But these are small things

Everytime I need customer support and that is a rare occurence because the systems are great I am very satisfied with it They are quick reliable very friendly and provide instant solutions to my minor problems Just a great firm And on top of it they are bitcoin all the way

Excellent Customer Service
I had an initial problem with the mobile app which customer support was very quick to walk me through I met service rep Terrence at a monthly meet and greet in LA He gave me his swan email and told me to cc him on any future issues I have Smart people that are passionate about Bitcoin
