The employees working in the Utrecht shop are super nice and helpful The power 1 is ok but the seat is not the most comfortable and there is no possibility to switch it with another one I have to bike many km to go to work so it s not the best for me I had to buy a padded cover to put on top of it that gets wet with the rain Aside from this good service

Leiden location The process was fast with the website and app Picking up the bike and questions were always handled with fast and friendly service It s also the best deal for rentals mine is a basic model with foot brakes

I appreciate this service and continue to use becase whenever i have an issue to fix its easy to make an appointment an they resolve each time my bike issues and replace my bike on the spot Before using Swap it was a stress finding good bike service delays or trouble to get to work

I want to leave here my feedback of extreme satisfaction when renting my E-Bike with Swapfiets I was very well received and very well attended to by the employees who were working on the day I went to pick up my Bike I don t speak Dutch and my English isn t the best I said this to the two people who helped me and they were very patient with me They explained to me how the bike worked and all the care I needed to take And one detail I went to pick up my bike outside of my scheduled time because I couldn t leave work early and I still managed to pick up my bike Thank you all for your attention and patience with me I will recommend Swapfiets to my friends for sure
