Ripped me off quoted an exchange rate then told me there was a problem and gave me back half of what I put in They lie and change the price after it is agreed upon and make up a price then give you no option other then to accept what they have done They are thieves Watch out

converting ALU to JUP
converting ALU to JUP waited for 24 hours after depositing my own 9000 coins no response no feed back just took my coins without spiting out my return coins customer service did not respond JUP exploded 50 higher within this 24 hours are they still gonna give me my original rate Guess NOT LOL Lucky I did not trusted this exchanger as the rate is crazy higher than it should be sounds like a scam so I exchanged 900 only seeing it works then I tried more then it got stucked Advise extreme caution with these NEW exchangers especially the ones with rates much higher than normal

A transaction was made via the wrong network Contacted several times and was told that getting my coins back will take 60 days When I ask about the state of affairs I get no answer It is simply not recommended to use this service Last year I had a similar problem at another institution where my coins were sent via the wrong route but I received my coins back within 7 days Now I feel like I ve been put on hold and will never see my coins again No weekly update on how far one has progressed Anything but recommended I hope to see my coins again but will never use their services again
