Terrible Experience

Avoid this company unless you want to endure nothing but stress Ordered 2 units and a coffee table from the website directly paid extra to have all 3 items arrive at the same time Order never arrived and the only way you can communicate with this company is by email That was the first red flag Spoke to Rose who eventually located the order and arranged delivery order came and I m missing an item Emailed again and again and again by this point I m beyond frustrated Told them to cancel the order and collect the items I had received and give me a full refund only to be told they would deduct 20 of my order which was 80 Let s not forget I m still missing an item that cost 200 Emailed Rose again to say I ll just keep the items I received and to refund the missing item to which she replied she was looking into it I then receive an email to say she had found the missing item and that she had arranged delivery WHAT By this point I was absolutely furious Eventually the refund was processed for the missing item thank the lord Next day chap at the door and beleive it or not here s the missing item being delivered but only HALF OF THE ITEM as there should be 2 boxes and they deliver 1 box Actually can t make this up Never in my life will I order from this place again actually surprised they have 2 2 stars on trustpilot

Scam

My item and package were not only damaged but the item also showed clear signs of being worn out It seems as though someone had assembled it then dissatisfied returned it Had I intended to buy something used I would have gone to a second-hand shop Moreover customer service has never responded to my requests and I have yet to be contacted regarding the return They promised a response within 3 business days yet it has been a week Now I m being charged to return an item I was given damaged

NEVER again

I will never buy from them again NEVER Their return policy is a load of crap 4 99 for them to send their junk to me and over 50 for me to return it Run

This company is a total rip off I ordered a pergola for 919 00 it never arrived it was lost by the courier Over a month later I m still waiting for my refund which they have agreed to pay into my French account But after 30 emails they do nothing The trading standard office should shut this rubbish company down now The customer service is totally useless I m a 73 years old pensioner who is being robbed by this company I m a Brit so perhaps this is a racial situation I love France But I hate these evil people The worst retailers I ve ever dealt with Don t trust them

Ordered 2 pergolas back in April

Ordered 2 pergolas back in April the courier company Relais Colis have been a disaster A month ago they delivered 6 boxes 2 were missing We ve been chasing them non stop for our 2 missing boxes finally they say they re being delivered tomorrow but will they Will we ever have our pergolas that we spent thousands on No confidence now and I won t shop with sweeek again

Damaged item

The item arrived damaged and they promised to send a new one in two weeks It s been a month and now they say they don t know when they will have a new item available If I want to return it I would need to pay the shipping costs myself Terrible service I wish I could give zero stars

Terrible after sales service I ordered a pergola which seems to have shipped However the tracking number of the shipping agent gives an error The contact options are limited as no option is provided this particular issue The shipping agents details on the website is different to the shipping agent used My emails to get the shipping information has gone unanswered I am going on holiday soon and cannot track the package to make arrangements if it comes whilst it us away
