New to fishkeeping

I have recently acquired rescued fish in an old and leaky tank I love animals and couldn t see the tank being left in the corner and ignored any longer But I didn t know much about looking after them properly just that they were not I ve learned a lot and lost a couple in the process I needed some advice on a good setup for when I can finally afford to replace the tank along with some tips on what I can do better It was Trish who got back to me and gave me all the advice and help I needed I know I can trust the information I received I can continue looking after my fish with confidence and I look forward to getting everything I need from Swell when I m able to and I look forward to watching my fish enjoying life more and more as their new home gets better and better for them

I placed an order for a pond filter that came promptly I however did not open the package until after a few weeks only to discover that a quarzt glass encasement within the filter had broken I actually reached out to them to buy a replacement glass explaining what happened Only for them to promptly send me another one at no cost whatever I was deeply impressed with them and the way they stand behind their product They are a 5 star company

Customer service at its absolute best

My Swell UK 10000 pump ceased working last week still with 18 months guarantee left on it I was going on holiday next day and didn t want to leave my koi without a pump I drove to the Swell UK warehouse which was not the correct procedure for an online order However I was met with outstanding service as I explained my dilemma Literally within minutes the receptionist had contacted customer service and then the on site manager and he carried out tests on the pump He then went next door and brought me a new pump verifying that the motor had gone Everybody did their best for me with smiles and the problem was solved So many companies could learn what customer service should actually mean from Swell UK

Excellent customer service and fast delivery from a 5 company Always buy tetra fish food and found Swell UK by accident whilst searching for the best price and I can honestly say the service received as been the best

Fantastic customer service i odered some stuff for next day delivery but yodel messed up and it is supposed to be delivered today 2 days late i contacted swell and Emily sorted it straight away and even refunded my delivery charge even though it wasn t there fault I will be using swell again in the future Thank you Emily very much appreciated keep up the good work

Ordered a glass terrarium from Swell and it turned up smashed in the back corner messaged and they replied straight away and offered to replace These things happen but the customer service I received was amazing I look forward to receiving my replacement terrarium for my reptile baby
