Extremely Poor Ordering and Support Experience
Never order from this company. Important details about shipping, cancellations, and fees are hidden within their website. Customer support was not helpful at all, and the site does not allow you to manage your own orders. I requested a cancellation due to a mistake and tried to contact support, but no one was available. By the time I finally reached them, the item had already been marked as processed with a shipping label created. Cancelling at that point would have resulted in fees, which were never clearly disclosed during the ordering process and were difficult to find on the website. There was also no order confirmation page before the order was placed, though this appears to be a Shopify-related issue rather than the company’s fault. Regardless, I will never order from this business again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Swiftronics USA IS A LIE
Swiftronics USA Makes you think that Swiftronics is in the USA huh Well they re not they are in Canada I purchased a phone from them and there was absolutely no warning that there may be a currency exchange charge it was just like I was purchasing something in the USA I got charged by my bank for the currency exchange I called Swiftronics and told them that USA is very deceptive and I got charged because of their deceptive practices and they basically told me to pound sand and leave negative feedback if I want to So this is negative feedback SHADY company DO NOT TRUST

Was told all sales final If you choose to risk it make sure you don t expect to have a problem I did so they told me to pound sand I m just glad it was only an accessory and not a thousand dollar phone Pretty cheap lesson learned when all is said and done
