Poor support and not secure
My money in virtual wallet was illegally withdrawn transfer to somewhere else I have raised this issue for 2 weeks However I don t receive any progress update for their investigation so far When I chase the customer service by email they cannot provide any target completion date and just ask me to wait further By the way my account is locked and I can t use any money in the virtual wallet It is a very bad customer experience
