Outstanding customer service

Internet went out the other day so I called up and got through Informed the customer advisor and she told me there s an update that we need to push through to your router I explained that my youngest has autism and did they know when it would be done Anyway fast forward a couple of hours the Internet had started to work again btw and I get a call saying we re about to do the update would you like to let your son know so he doesn t get upset I couldn t believe it So kind and heartwarming Thank you

I just got off the phone with Asim at Swish Fibre and I am so impressed I d done a little research before and I knew what deal I wanted and he was more than accomodating I didn t feel pressured and he was very confident and understanding As if that wasn t enough I got a better deal than was available on the website and incredible flexibility If the installation is this smooth I ll be a very loyal customer

I have been a customer of Swish Fibre for 3 months now I am very happy with all aspects of my switch to Swish Fibre It started with a visit from salesperson Paul Tong He clearly and professionally gave all the information which gave me the confidence to sign up with Swish Fibre Installation was completed by engineer Chris a few weeks later The broadband service is reliable and I haven t had any problems Customer service has been very good Paul Tong kept in touch until the installation was completed and any questions I needed to ask since then have been answered quickly by the telephone customer service team Thank you all

Our road recently had works done to install the fibre network to our property and I had a very helpful call from Asim who was incredibly polite knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with After a short chat with him our order was placed and we re now just waiting for the installation to take place Would highly recommend speaking with Asim if you are interested or have any questions about Swish Fibre

It is my first contact with Swish so I can t comment on customer service once I am a paying customer but Asim was very helpful answered all of my questions and was calm and informative throughout the conversation Fingers crossed this high level of customer service continues when we take out the contract Thank you Asim

We have been looking for a better broadband supply for a longtime Speaking to Adil he answered all our questions clearly in a jargon free manner We were not pressurized and he gave us time to think about the deal When we phoned back to confirmed we were given an installation date only a couple of weeks away

Adil has been fantastic He explained all the options available to my very elderly father kept in touch with me too He was knowledgeable patient and very understanding and didn t put pressure on us to make a quick decision He is a sort very hard to find these days I was in sales myself very aware of the pressure to make a sale He was not like that therefore earnt our trust I d like to thank him for all he has done for his patience kindness Thank you Adil
