Poor effort
Review in relation to customer service only from Victorinox at the office on 02037349264 not the quality of their products I placed an order and didn t receive a confirmation email I called and was told no info until tomorrow I called back and emailed the next day and was told the order didn t go through Despite the balance showing a deficit and authorisation code from my bank No apology no attempt to sort anything out Just it s not gone through or you d have received a confirmation email When I complained about their lack of customer service I received this We are sorry to inform you that your order has not been processed We are very sorry that we cannot give you a better answer and ask for your understanding Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and thank you in advance But no answer to my query In view of the tone of the previous emails it felt very cocky and dismissive when I had been really trying to get to the bottom of my money being taken without any email confirmation and whether I would be charged for returning the product of it arrived It hasn t been a great experience but thankfully it made me look elsewhere for the products I have also found their Swiss products 1 3 cheaper on a large online retailer with free next day delivery so will never need to use this company again

i bought a swiss army knife thinking
i bought a swiss army knife thinking they where like the one i had for 35 years my bad after 3 month in south-east asia it would nt open completely stuck piece o sh i also bought a back pack at the same occasion poorly chinese made but at an exorbitant price the seams ripped after only 1 month have to repair it every few month Luxury items only made to look good collect dust in your appartement

I bought a Forrester Wood Knife After one week the Scale on one side is already loose It s barely been out of my pocket I called customer services on the number provided and they told me I could not return the product as it had been in use I will never shop with them again The customer services were very rude as well Not a good experience

Terrible customer service
Ordered a couple of items directly from Victorinox After waiting many days for delivery I checked the tracking information of the carrier DHL This showed as being delivered I contacted Victorinox on the phone The guy took no details at all from me and spoke over me to say that a delivered status does not mean the package has been delivered and told me to contact Victorinox by message When I asked why I would message when I had him on the phone he continued to talk over me repeating himself Contacted Victorinox by online message Eventually got a response to say I should wait a few more days Nothing to indicate they had even looked at my order or shown any interest in a non delivery Victorinox customer service is sorely lacking My advise is not to buy from Victorinox directly but through a third party I now have to try and get a refund

This is the worst company I have ever
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with After 6 emails and 21 days I still have not had my item they just waste time I have phoned them still timewasting they even told me it had to come from germany as if i wasnt aware but it sits at a DHL uk depot since 23rd Oct can t be moved because it has a recycled number I have now opened a case with Paypal so maybe I shall soon get my money back Definitely do not use if you want any type of service AES

This the worst company I have ever
This the worst company I have ever dealt with online In December 2020 I ordered 3 items online from their website and that is where the farce began In January 2021 I had still not received my order and I contacted Victorinox using their website They stated that UK Mail DHL had attempted a delivery but no one was at home I was at home at the time they stated and no attempted delivery card had been posted through my door They also stated that they could not interfere with the delivery process ie track their own deliveries To cut a long story short on the 26 Jan 2021 they refunded my account stating they had received the returned articles On the 29 March 2021 they emailed me stating they were going to charge me again for the items as I had collected my parcel on the 29 Jan 2021 3 days after they had received the returned items I have of course emailed Victorinox to and asked them to prove that I collected the parcel Which I have not Avoid this company their customer service is terrible

Appalling aftercare Service from Victorinox
After three and half month finally had a knife returned after being returned to their service department in Leicester as it was faulty It did have to go to Switzerland for repair but all they had to do was keep the customer updated Pleased to say it is all working perfectly Customer service doesn t take much but goes along way At least that way one does know what is going on Just keep any receipts and keep pestering

We ll cancel your order
After ordering a gift for my partners birthday I recieved all the normal emails of order recieved invoice dispatched but then a support team contacted me saying unable to deliver and that they ve cancelled my order This was because the house number and street address were on two different lines Then I get a new email saying unable to deliver and to rearrange delivery with the support team which completelycontradicts what they did Finally when I went to re-order this it is now out of stock I am devastated and out of words for this experience Do not buy direct from Victorinox

1 month on and still not received my
1 month on and still not received my order When you can actually get through to speak to someone you just get fed a load of lies The worst company I have ever dealt with Please do not use them this is the second time I have had problems with them
