I read some of the recent negative reviews and I cannot disagree more I was very unhappy with my previous provider so I decided to switch to Swisscom during Christmas holidays Happy to say that everything worked out perfectly Very competent professional and pleasantadvisers and their services are brilliant

I have used Swisscom for mobile and internet service for many years and there s no way I would change any slight problem is fixed out of immediately with no fuss can t understand the negative comments here

What a client expects from a telecom company for a mobile connection Fair prices very good service and antennas network coverage and smart solutions What Swisscom offers that nobody else offers Social responsibility not only in advertisements like others but in real life Do you know that Swisscom sponsors under foundation businesses Do you know that Swisscom shows understanding if you are late with the payments of your bills In a country that everybody issues a Betreibung if you are late with the payments Swisscom can wait Just call them and make an agreement Of course you have always the option to login in your account and postpone the payments and if you don t make it you can make partial payments Two times in my life I was in a problem because my employer didn t pay my wages The first time I was in Orange Salt today and the second time I was with Swisscom In Orange except that I had financial issues I had also a problem with their bills because of fake unknown charges and I m right as they refunded the amount later Do you know what happened with Orange They cancelled my contract and they gave my number immediately to someone else why their numbers was over and they had to use mine for a new client and my open bill they gave it to a dept collection company charging me lots of money extra So all possible clients employers wasn t able to locate me anymore because I lost the number and I in a difficult period of my life I had to pay extra money to the collection company Also their customers support was located in a foreign country this means that the private data of their clients was in the hands of a foreign country something which is pretty bad for national security reasons Imagine to be able people from abroad to be able to see the numbers a politician or military official -who was a client of Orange- called Not good But who cared Their operational costs reduced no matter what The second time I had some financial problems it was with Swisscom Do you know what happened Nothing I just had to go online and postpone the payment dates and when I saw that I wasn t able to pay on time I went again online and I make a partial payments arrangement something like an internal loan without any interest only to make possible for me to pay it So before you chose a company think seriously that Swisscom offers you 1 The best network of antennas for perfect coverage in most of the areas in the entire Switzerland 2 Fair prices3 The best customer care4 The best billing policy 5 A company that their profits staying within Switzerland I declare legally that I m not an employee of Swisscom I m not connected in any other way except an active contract as a client of this amazing company Swisscom team Please keep doing this amazing work and keep your social responsibility high

I truly don t understand the negative comments for Swisscom To me looks like bots used by Swisscom s filthy competitors You have the best network coverage the best billing policy the best offers who else offers a MacBook as a gift and the best customer care Use Swisscom and you will experience a company which is huge of course but with a flexible policy and people who are very happy to help you So people if you are a real person and not a bot let s be serious and write real reviews here I suggest Trustpilot to investigate the negative ratings of Swisscom before a scandal about fake reviews damage Trustpilot s flawless so far reputation

Customer Service well beyond the Extra Mile On a very recent trip to ZRH I have experienced an extraordinary example of Customer Service at the Swisscom shop located at Zurich Airport in Switzerland I can not find the right words to describe how helpful the members of staff were on the 24th of March in the late morning An early birthday present purchased there on the day by a very close relative has helped me to beat the Red Tape of a small Island nation far away on the other side of planet Earth I very highly recommend this shop to any traveler who needs a decent mobile telecommunications service provider when in Switzerland Suisse Svizzera Schweiz WELL DONE to ALL MEMBERS of STAFF there In particular the manager and Ms N K Abdalla

When I had a problem with my internet TV connection Swisscom technical support gave me a lot of time to help online They even called me back on a Saturday morning Unbelievable customer service If you value customer service then there is no better provider in CH----
