Installation at home without face masks
We have received the boxspring and the mattresses a few days ago The delivery was really quick as the products were in stock We have not yet been able to understand if the quality of sleep really improves but the first impressions are positive I expect that for such a high price the quality is equally high However I find myself writing a negative review as during the installation of the bed at home one of the two installers was rude and did not respect the basic safety measures for the covid in addition to the fact that he placed the mattresses in the opposite position to what had been indicated forcing me to reposition them by myself and re-sheath them immediately afterwards obviously without trying them you don t immediately notice the difference between mattresses and it was therefore not possible to point this out immediately The safety issue I think is quite serious obviously I wore the mask One of the two installers as soon as he entered the house asked if he should wear it which he then did after my affirmative answer The other installer on the other hand did not wear the face mask for the whole process This even in the public spaces of the building such as the elevator or the entrance hall where there are also signs that prescribe its use I did not deal with him directly and that was probably my mistake as it seemed obvious to me besides the fact that it is legally necessary and also a very precise video was sent from Swiss Sense explaining the procedure

I regret the day I entered your store
Ordered a wardrobe on May 2021 received it on October 4th 2021 The wardrobe was damaged on top of that technicians couldn t install the doors They told me that the doors will be fixed that week 4-8 October but no one came to fix it I made a second appointment for 18th of October they canceled it 1 hour before the appointment I then told them I wanted to return the product and they told me it is not possible because they have a right to fix the product After many angry phone calls and emails I managed to return the product on November 16th and they did not refund the money in full EDIT after their response This response is yet another proof of how incompetent they are I am not talking about the compensation read the emails on Nov 4th you charged me 115 euros for the return transport Omdat we nu niet langskomen voor het uitvoeren van een service en de kast direct komen ophalen voor annulering hebben we hiervoor kosten in rekening gebracht voor het transport 115 -

Very bad - don t Waste your money
Very bad experience with both the customer service as the product itself The bed is worthless and not worth the money Waste of money and our night rest is worse than ever before Which was an Ikea bed Very unsatisfied with this product

Delays in delivery- bad customer service
I have ordered a bed for week 7 I have received an email announcing delivery during week 9 then a second email for week 10 I called last Friday 17th of February 2023 had a nice lady on the phone who told me she will get herself informed and come back to me today February 20th no message so I sent an email and I ve got back that they are sorry but it will be probably week 11 or 12 This is really not serious and I am not gonna leave things like that customer service really sucks in Belgium when it s about getting money it s immediate what about the rest

Customer is not priority after the sales
I have spent around 4000 for a new bed In the very first week we made a complaint about the Topper Something is not right It started causing severe backaches for my wife We had made number of visits to the store wrote many emails experienced delayed responses and strange manipulation of facts To cut story short Swiss sense is asking for addition money to the fix issue I feel betrayed My experience with Swiss Sense was a bitter one It is definitely evident here that customer is not a priority once a sales is made
