Many thanks to Tamarah varley and the team at Switch Tamarah as project manager did a very good successful job changing me from heating oil to air source heat pump the only issue I had was with my roof tiles solar brackets being to short leaving tiles up 1 5 inch I raised this with Tamarah and the issue was corrected straight away longer brackets attached Tamarah and the team were very professional keeping in contact phone almost daily as the work progressed leaving a happy customer Many thanks to Tamarah team

I had a whole heating system and solar panels installed Anna M was my project manager and was extremely helpful from start to finish She kept me up to date with the application and called me when the work was under way to check on the progress and make sure I was happy with the workmanship The new system has now been running for two months and already my electricity bill has been reduced by 150 per month That s massive Totally recommend the company and Anna M in particular

Well done for a great service from start to finish from switch energy A big thanks to all the team who worked on my property I can genuinely say I was extremely impressed by the complete team from the scaffolding to the electrician plumber heating technician all were very professional and polite I was especially impressed by my project manager a lady called Tamara Always extremely professional polite and very informative about all works to be carried out then always followed up straight away to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction Tamara is a true accolade to switch energy But a big thanks and much appreciation to all involved 10 10

Switch Energy Excellent service

Michael and Jonathon and Team at Switch Energy were very supportive and always available on the telephone to sort any problem that may occur Newholme Insulation were above and beyond in helping us move our belongings when necessary And carried out their job with quiet efficiency Taggas who installed the heat pump and pipeworks where equalily professional in their endeavors SJ Solar fitted the panels quickly and despite leaving hand and finger prints which we were told would wash off in the rain but as yet they are still there although getting less All in all a very pleasant experience

The company JCPB who did the air source heat pump were brilliant they were hard working polite and took away rubbish etc They came on the Saturday put back all the carpets and hung doors back Then vacuumed everywhere Would recommend these guys The company SJ who put up solar panels were also excellent Well done guys you have made my house much warmer and a pleasure to be in

Heating installation

Have had a complete heating upgrade through Switch and I cannot praise the whole team highly enough for the work carried out Anna was the project manager and she was superb helpful and accommodating A special mention has to go to Jamie from JC Plumbing he was brilliant as were his team His workmanship was excellent the installation was done to a very high standard highly recommended I would like to thank everyone for a fantastic job well done
