We purchased two Swyft sofas Model 06 4-seater and Model 03 3-seater both in Pumice and couldn t be happier with them The style is sleek the comfort is great and the material is perfect for our household with kids and a dog We re especially impressed with how easily the fabric wipes clean which is a huge plus for us While we had a bit of a rocky start with the arrival of our second sofa I want to emphasize how well Swyft handled the situation There was an initial delay and when the sofa did arrive it was missing a part Understandably this was frustrating but Lauren from the customer service team was fantastic She took full ownership of the issue and made sure everything was resolved in a timely and professional manner To be fair to Swyft the delivery of our first sofa was flawless and the issue with the second one seemed to stem from either the delivery company or the shipping warehouse where a box was missed After reaching out to customer service it wasn t entirely clear when we would receive the missing part but Lauren s personalized approach really stood out She kept us informed throughout the process and we were able to resolve the issue within a week This experience has given us even more confidence in Swyft not only for the quality of their products but also for their exceptional customer service Based on this we would absolutely consider purchasing more furniture from them in the future

I was enticed to consider this 2 5 sofa bed because it could be made into a king size bed just the right size for my snug guest bedroom Most sofa beds are either too big or too small for my room and for accommodating 2 guests at a time The sprung mattress great styling value for money and the wide range of colours available were also major considerations I am delighted with it now that it is installed

Modular furniture is the way forward it fits in any space and if you get bored of the style you can modify it to your taste I bought 2 two seater 06 model sofas 2yrs ago it was the best buy ever Beautiful plush velvet and looks expensive it has style and everyone comments on my suite even more amazing is its comfortable and easy to move I would recommend swift to anyone considering purchasing a sofa and I m 100 sure there beds are quality too delivery nxt day You d be mad not to order one for it s durability and great quality

Got a Model 04 Sofabed and a two-seater Model 10 for a bargain during the Black Friday sale Delivery was seamless - as we were able to select a delivery slot from the very beginning Assembly was easy and quick Both sofas are extremely comfy and look so stylish in our new living room Even tried out the sofabed for a couple of nights and does the job just fine Very happy customer

Comfy sofa bed with fast delivery times for in stock items just before Christmas Arrived as expected with great communication ahead of time Delivered to the room required and packaging removed as requested Took extra care and put some cardboard down on the wooden floor so I could build it without worrying about it getting dirty Was able to put it together by myself and looks great
