Any distributor can deliver music to a DSP What separates them is the way they take care of their clients Symphonic s support is amazing While some distributors run a botnet for their customer support Symphonic has a dedicated team of people who go above and beyond to help their artists and labels They provide support they provide guidance they answer questions and they do all of that quickly and efficiently Symphonic is a serious distributor and I highly recommend them

Everything Is great I just wished the royalty reports were easier Nevertheless they provide multiple ways to improve your sales and reach including various alliances with other companies that deal in the music business They have the best customer service I know

loving Symphonic so far
When I decided to self-release through a distributor I have to say I was not expecting much there s so much music out there - but Symphonic has been a pleasure to deal with hands-on when necessary even for their starter program In my opinion they honestly care about your results for example look at all their YT tutorial content

After some bad experiences with another
After some bad experiences with another publisher I signed up with Symphonic this year and released 2 singles and a third one is currently processed in the final stage with Symphonic It s a 5 star experience because there a real people answering you within 1 or 2 days when there is an issue Their forms to fill in a new release request are structured up to the smallest detail and may seem a bit over the top and complicated at first but they take their job seriously as it seems to me

One of the best Digital Distributors
I have nothing but absolute positive factors to say about Symphonic but for two points that I m a bit indecisive about I started with them on the old plan where you paid to create an account and paid an amount per release depending on whether it s a Single EP or a full album then you retained 100 of royalties They changed to a free system where they keep 15 It s the same system as OneRpm I had mixed feelings about this in the beginning since I changed from OneRpm exactly because of that the 15 was much more than the price we paid upfront for release But in the end I guess this makes them more motivated to keep your music going since they are constantly making a profit The other is their promotion and marketing When I release with OneRpm a Google search on my artist s name would be a full first page with links to all major streaming and even some underground warez sites I never knew Hey I m not complaining the more the better When I switched to Symphonic my Google search results were much worse only the 3-5 major streaming sites it showed other artists and results irrelevant to me That was a bummer my plays decreased a lot The review might be seeming negative but it is not Keeping a percentage means they ll be eager for your music to do well since they ll also profit from it A fixed once-time payment per release usually makes the distributor not care about you anymore since it won t make a difference if you do well or not And promotion is not their business I don t understand the negative reviews on their support They answer immediately about any topic Right recently during the Christmas and New Year s holidays I had talk with support every day for a minor issue which they promptly solved More positives I get royalties from Soundcloud ads from songs I didn t even release with them for some reason I don t think there was ever missed payment with other distributors I ve to contact them why Spotify streams weren t showing up in the financial reports when there were streams for that period Symphonic is stable and reliable Support is quick to solve and direct to the point without going around unnecessary steps Your songs are safe and royalties are paid without any issue
