Great communication and fast delivery
Friendly knowledgeable staff Nothing was too much trouble and they took time to explain all the options when buying my first bass guitar I was so impressed that I went back to book lessons with them which are great I would highly recommend them

No hesitation at all recommending Symphony My lads a left hander and we ve trauled everywhere for what we wanted and often felt like our business wasn t wanted Dave has got a gem of a shop and a great attitude Knowledgeable staff no pushy selling and nothing is too much trouble They know what a customer experience should be and deliver it Dave and the lads thank you for making my son s day We will be back and may even bring our larger than life companion again The Marshall is testing the solidity of the house footings Wow Kind Regards Tony
