Misleading and Overpromising Failure to deliver on Results Lack of Accountability

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Synergize Growth They overpromised and underdelivered on their services particularly regarding their guaranteed job placement I completed 100 of the program in November 2024 yet they failed to follow through on their commitments From the start communication was inconsistent and they lacked transparency on key details such as hidden deadlines that supposedly affected job placement This was never disclosed upfront Additionally the closeout report which was supposed to be nearly 100 pages was barely 8 pages long and contained errors including copy-pasted information meant for another client When I formally requested a refund my request was ignored Instead of taking accountability for their lack of results they resorted to intimidation tactics and false breaches of contract which is unacceptable for a company that claims to be professional Due to their failure to provide the promised services I was forced to dispute the transaction with my bank I would strongly caution anyone considering Synergize Growth they do not deliver what they promise and refuse to issue refunds when they fail to meet their commitments Stay away from this company unless you want to waste your time and money Additional Reponse It s disappointing to see Synergize Growth attempt to deflect blame rather than take responsibility for their failure to deliver on promised services I stand by my review and I will clarify the misrepresentations in their response I completed 100 of the program by November 2024 and I have receipts and records to prove it The claim that I completed less than 40 is completely false There was no disclosed deadline for job placement If there were conditions that would disqualify me from employment it was your responsibility to disclose them upfront which you did not This lack of transparency is on you not me You failed to deliver on job placement which was the core promise of your program Instead of taking accountability you are trying to shift blame onto me for your lack of results My refund request was ignored I formally requested a refund due to non-fulfillment of services which Synergize Growth refused to acknowledge This is why I exercised my legal right to dispute the transaction The claim of a fraud investigation is a scare tactic Disputing a charge for services not rendered is not fraud it is consumer protection Instead of intimidating clients you should focus on actually delivering what you promise
