This is a scam site I ordered earthing clog shoes but instead i received regular Crocs - like i am retarded enough to not notice that rofl Clearly different items from comparison with their pictures of the item If i were to scam like this i would just not have sent anything Why even bother sending something I guess to keep the deception going from people not realizing they got a false product shameful - do not order from these scammers

Never received the frequency bundles I

Never received the frequency bundles I ordered 2 in total The phone number to call customer support is a lame duck don t bother wasting your time Multiply E mails using both my addresses G-mail as well as AOL yielded the same results Nothing I will now contact the credit card fraud division and make a complaint with them Buyer beware of this Scam

Bio-Healing Frequency Generator Never Received

I ordered the Bio-Healing Frequency Generator V2 LIMITED BUNDLE 1 and 528Hz BioHealing Tuning Fork on 12 8 2024 but as of 1 15 2025 I have not received them The tracking site initially showed the items were not delivered but the next day it claimed they were delivered Customer service provided a USPS tracking number for a completely unrelated Amazon package not from Synthealth The contradictory tracking information raises serious concerns especially as many reviews describe similar issues This is unacceptable I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau

This company is unreliable and ship the wrong order to me on product pieces of the order were missing The phone number doesn t work They don t respond to emails Highly recommend not to order from this company It s a scam

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I received the second generator today after being refunded for the faulty one I received that did not work The generator I received today does not work either The power button lights up it and will display a frequency but not admit any vibration frequency or a sound JUNK WASTE OF YOUR The speaker has no volume adjustment and has a Bluetooth SHIELD uploaded in it I could NOT find any FCC information on thespeaker box instructions The product is shipping from overseas but yet it has a return shipping address for someone here in the United States I received two packages postmarked from two different individuals from two different states NOT sent by SYNTHEALTH BUYER BEWARE

My machine does NOT sound like the advertisement

My machine does NOT sound like the machines in the advertisement Only the same static no matter what frequency I program in The customer support number is a non-working number and when I email support the continue to send the same instruction video that is posted on their website I asked that they CALL me so they can HEAR the sound No phone call no support The return policy says that a refund is not guaranteed So sad

I received my parcel today Bio-Healing Frequency Generator V2 Limited Bundle It took a couple of weeks I think but it s coming from China I could check at any point where it was up to with tracking Packaging was perfect and items protected I haven t used yet but I wanted to say this is deffo not a scam site it s legitimate Products look really good I m happy I can t wait to try

Ordered this package of generator and speaker and it was about 2 weeks to arrive yes it s from China so you need to expect a little bit for delivery arrived well packaged no damage It works well with better sound than what my phone did using the frequencies Hopefully it will be worth it Will know and and or subtract on review
