Very simple order placed on line confirmation of age the next day item arrived the day after all very simple item was what I expected and went together well just stringing that has you working Item is easy to use buy more arrows bolts you ll use them bought this because I didn t want to spend too much money if I wasn t going to use it however I ll be buying a alloy version

Had a part missing from my crossbow set

Had a part missing from my crossbow set and was put off using them again Part was sorted out within a couple of days Then had an issue with the anti dry fire not working They were very prompt on this with a collection booked for the following day I was concerned how long the process would take but as soon as my one had been delivered a replacement was sent the next day I will definitely be using again don t let a couple of issues put you off Customer service excellent in the end Will be ordering a pistol crossbow and a compound bow very soon Keep up the good work
