I was apprehensive but gave it a shot

I collect nice firearms and this is very well built and blends right in with my custom home I was skepitcal of the quality but liked the idea so I kicked Tires for a few years I finally made the purchase with apprehension thinking I will most likely return due to quality NOT AT ALL The FIT FINISH ATTENTION TO DETAIL QUALITY OF THE INTERNAL MECHENISM and I am not that handy but it was super easy to install Plus its super cool

I purchased the Family Name sign It arrived very well packaged with rfid cards and installation items and instructions The item was extremely well made and looked so nice I had an inquiry on a different matter and customer service was able to respond the same day winthin an hour of my initial inquiry I ll be looking at what else to add to my home

Replaced My Recon Tactical Watch

The band on my Recon Tactical Watch broke I contacted Grace in customer service and she advised me she was bumping my problem up to management The next thing I know I get an email saying a package is on the way I just wanted to get a new band but they sent me a new replacement watch The communication and customer service of Tactical Traps is above and beyond I can t thank them enough

I ordered two concealment shelves

I ordered two concealment shelves one of which had a Bluetooth lock Both shelves were beautiful However the Bluetooth lock did not function properly The customer service department was wonderful They made several attempts to resolve the issue and kept following up with me without my prodding them Eventually a replacement Bluetooth lock was sent to me to resolve the issue All is working well now

Badass shelf

I purchased the Shelf to keep my weapons safe from Little five and six year old grandkids I don t know what it is but my grandkids love playing in our bedroom more then in their playroom with all their toys I came across tactical traps and said bam that is exactly what Im Iooking for purchased the S35 this shelf is beautiful it s also built very strong I like how it opens with the key card there is nothing that I don t like about this Shelf but what I really love is the kids have no clue what s inside Thank you tactical traps for doing such an awesome job building my shelf

Ordering on-line concerns

I was quite concerned with ordering online without seeing the product until it arrived It was all I had hoped for in quality and craftsmanship I had an issue with connecting my Bluetooth reached out to them via email and received a call from customer service She walked me through the process and was connected within minutes The shelf blends in so well no-one even know it contains any weapons

Received both orders yesterday

I received both orders yesterday I have not put the table together yet I have medical issues and the pieces have not yet cured leaving a very strong odor I need to open the box outside to air out before putting together this weekend This is my first furniture piece purchased with Tactical Traps Upon opening the flag order it is beautiful I love the cut out stars giving the piece a two dimensional view Looking forward to adding these two pieces to my decor These are my 4th and 5th purchases with Tactical Traps I will be adding more in future

Great quality product

Great quality product excellent instructions with videos as well If you can t figure out how to operate this then you shouldn t order one lol You definitely get your money s worth and for once it s made in the USA Hopefully more and more companies will be taking their lead with quality and service

Great customer service after purchasing

Great small business from their follow through on backend customer service After a few years I had issues with the Biometric lock on a product I bought from them They promptly answered back and engaged to assess and sent parts out to switch out to solve the problem Very rare these days Keep it up Tactical Traps

So far everything has been great I have not received my purchase yet but my communication with the team via email has been exemplary They have answered all of my questions and provided excellent support regarding their product They were able to make several modifications per my request and I really appreciate their flexibility I am very much looking forward to receiving the unit I can tell these guys take pride in what they do So far I highly recommend
