Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost I usually do a review check but failed on this occasion and have regretted it I paid 42 90 for a pair of trousers they sent the wrong size I immediately contacted the company who is Chinese I sent the trousers back to the Uk returns address on the packaging using Royal Mail tracking service which appears to be a global parcel service addressThe company said that they haven t supplied a return addres which is concerning and are refusing to pay the refund I would not to business with this company shocking service

If I could rate this company zero I would They sent me trousers that were 2 sizes too long and then tried to sell it off as they were hand sewn and there may be a slight discrepancy When I tried to return them they argued with two sentence emails offering a 30 refund and I could sell the trousers on Useless Chinese company that shouldn t be allowed to trade in the UK

Chinese company posing as UK based I had not realised the item would be shipped from China when I made the order Had I known I would not have ordered I emailed the customer service to ask if there were going to be customs fees to get confirmation as to where the item actually was their tracking is rubbish Got a reply 2 days later saying just that the item is on its way to me but no answers to my very specific questions IF I ever get the item I will update my review re sizing and quality But I have no hope at this point Wish I d looked on TrustPilot before ordering

Dishonest Company My son ordered work trousers from them waited 2 weeks and eventually contacted the company to find out why these had not been revived The company stated they delivered them no proof of delivery no photographic evidence as to where these were delivered Now asking for refund or replacement order or he will take legal advice via trading standards Shame this company can t be rated 0

Awful quality products and equally non existent customer service Purchased some outdoor trousers and the Blackhawk Elite Outdoor Tactical Assault Pack It lasted 4 months of what I can only describe as very light use it s supposed to be designed for rough work in the field before the zips failed I requested a replacement and I received the following message Hi Sorry your order has exceeded 15 days No return or exchangeWebsite return and exchange policy No return or exchange request is accepted after 15 days from the delivery date Surely they can t expect 14 days to be an acceptable warranty period for something that should last years Quite frankly I don t care what the exchange period is if something has failed before it should have failed then it doesn t reflect well on the business who supplied it Again like many others reviewing this site I was taken in by the fact that the website poses as a UK based site Unfortunately it s yet another dodgy Chinese site selling junk that in fairness is only worth a couple of quid Considering how many well educated Chinese people live and study in this country for obvious reasons you would have thought the message about good honest customer service would have reached them but clearly not Bit of advice If you want to sell crap at least employ a first class customer service team rather than someone who is only able to state a poor excuse for a returns policy

A scam of a company

Christmas is supposed to be a time of goodwill to all men and I do try However there are occasions when one s goodwill is stretched beyond reasonable limits Let me explain Several weeks ago my wife Pat ordered a Bomber Jacket whatever that is as a Christmas gift for our teenage grandson He had chosen it and sent the link for us to order it which Pat did And we have waited and waited A couple of weeks ago getting a little concerned since Christmas was on the horizon Pat began a series of e-mails with the company trying to establish when the thing was going to arrive We used the tracking facility provided by the company but found this absolutely no use since all the information was in Chinese script We did however establish that the package was coming from Wuhan and we wondered if it would come with its own personalised dose of Covid Despite the company calling themselves Tactical World Store UK the links with the UK are clearly tenuous As is common in today s world there was not actual address provided nowhere that one could go and bang on a door there can be no excuse for this except of course that giving no address means that the company will not be taken to task by irate shoppers anyone can hide behind a web site an email address or a chat robot be it in Wuhan or the UK In the emails we were simply directed to the tracking and blandly told that the parcel was on its way presumably on a camel s back somewhere in the middle of the Gobi Desert Today Pat received a message asking us to evaluate the item the order had been completed 14 days ago we were informed Since this is the season of pantomime the only response to that is Oh no it hasn t But this is no pantomime As the time has gone on we have increasingly felt that we have been taken for a ride probably on a camel in the Gobi Desert Tactical World Store UK informs us on their web site that they provide purpose built clothing footwear and tactical gear for life s most demanding missions Mmmm I think we need some of that to get to the bottom of this demanding mission i e the delivery of our grandson s jacket I read stuff almost used a naughty word there like for life s most demanding missions on web sites or see it on TV adverts and can only assume that these companies think and maybe they are right that the people they are aiming this rubbish at are morons who could be taken in by such crass and fatuous comments and claims and the really worrying thing is it works it works Tactical World Store UK must be laughing all the way to their Wuhan bank as they deposit the money that we foolishly gave them a month or more ago We have tried all the usual things emailing the Contact us menu on the web site the useless live chat option looking at their Facebook page which is filled with adverts by and for the company but provides no opportunities for customers to write their own posts saying This company is a con do not use this company Frankly I don t give a toss about the coat or the money which increasingly looks as if we have lost I am concerned however that we ordered in plenty of time and in good faith It now looks as if our grandson will not have his jacket on Christmas Day maybe he ll choose something from M S or John Lewis next time so it might just be a bit of a useful learning curve for him and that I resent Of course he is old enough to understand it s no big deal except it is The internet is a wonderful thing allowing so much good to be done but it is also a minefield allowing charlatans like Tactical World Store UK to trade with absolutely no control taking the money but reneging on their contractual obligations I suppose naming and shaming of this company will have little effect since although they call themselves Tactical World Store UK they appear in fact to be based in the back streets of Wuhan and as we all know the only thing to have come out of Wuhan was a dose of Covid that went around the world within days in 2019 certainly a lot faster and more reliably than our grandson s Bomber Jacket has travelled I don t expect for a minute that anyone in Wuhan and in the employ of Tactical World Store UK will read this post but in the unlikely event that they do I trust they will do the right thing and get that parcel to us by Christmas Eve

AVOID AVOID AVOID Do not buy anything from this company they are NOT based in UK like they claim they are yet another Chinese scammed that send out rubbish clothing and then tell you they can only offer 30 discount and you can give the trousers to someone you know I returned my order by tracked signed for postage to the return address on their website which is a PO Box in England basically a lock up They received the items back on 2nd Sept and someone signed for it and Royal Mail sent me photo evidence of it being handed over They ignored all my emails about my refund and I was left with no option but to contact Trading standards who are investigating them It took PayPal until yesterday to return my money
