Super service
Took a chance in buying a UTG stock for my air rifle as the price quoted was far better than I could find at home The company is not UK based but they state on their website that they will export to the UK and provide good details about the import tax threshold Although the price was quoted in krona s I paid by Paypal which automatically made the currency coversion at a good rate Delivery by UPS which is a decent company and it arrived within a few days with good tracking provided Overall a good experience and have recommended to others from my shooting club

Fast delivery
Fast delivery though UPS could be more meticulous with address information Parcel did not arrive to my door as it had incomplete address so I had to collect it myself Handling Finland customs clearance on my behalf was a nice bonus

Excelent experience
The order was shipped as soon as I placed it I received a tracking number so I can get updates regarding the transport and it arrived very quickly Very transparent process since I am from the EU I was informed regarding the sales tax and how it is calculated and if I have to pay any sales tax on my end The product I ordered was of great quality exactly as described on the site

I haven t received the item yet
liked the diversity and quality of the items The ease of use of the site Disliked the cost of delivery I don t know why but my first shipment cost to Israel was very good and made the buy worth But subsequent shipments were twice the cost making buying at this site not worthy
