We moved the team from a well known provider and found the service from TalentLynk exceptional Call quality is very good across all regions and international which in the past had been an issue But the really impressive part is the visibility across all communications with the inbuilt AI and sync to our CRM making this a product highly efficient using AI exactly where it should be used in a business
