Most unprofessional operator ever Very bad and inconvenient operator I have had a big problem with this operator If you have prepaid subscription and only want to use data on your phone then you have to at least pay 50NOK for prepaid as well otherwise your data won t work Indeed you are not only paying 79NOK for data but actually you have to pay 129NOK to use only data on your phone Also if your prepaid has been finished and you want to charge it again to use your phone for data SMS call then it takes time until you receive the SMS that you can use your phone now Not only this but also you have to restart your phone every time in order to activate your subscription again I found this very very unprofessional and inconvenient specially when you are in a hurry to use your phone

Dificult to aproach plus all negative coments here makes me suspicious even more and after telling them my suspicions they become even more ridicules Hopfully i was wrong but i did cancel my subsription P SBy the way when i said im recording dialog she said she is terminating phone call becouse shes not happy being recorded haha nice this explains alot UpdateA month later just half a day of using their phones they send me faktura for around 1400 nok Bunch of morons

Talkmore hates their customers

If ANY problem occurs you can trustTalkmore to be completely unable and unwilling to solve it treating you like 5 year old in the process Never have I ever come across ANY professional actor who could possibly compare in their despice of their o n customers They even refuse to answer any questions and if you have given them any information they will request the same information over and over again - even if you provided it one minute ago I firmly believe they cannot read Even after filing a formal complaint they lied to the control authorities claiming that they had fixed an issue in which I did not receive my invoices The problem continued for a long period thereafter I ve stated several times that I am in my rightfull demand to receive an invoice and that my debts cannot be collected by any means until I am duly and lawfully presented to them They seem to be ignorant also in legal matters Stay away If any problem occurs they are going to add to your frustration with interest

Horrible experience

Horrible experience Their sellers managed to convince my mother who is ill of cancer and really needs her phone When the day came to swap sims the sim card had not arrived in the mail and the ones from the shops takes 1-2 days to activate and customer service could not help I don t understand how they can sell so relentlessly and then not deliver on their promise Being without a phone for days is annoying enough when you re healthy

Horrible customer service Used to be the best long time ago but NOT anymore So disregard any old reviews praising them Crooks that come after you with meaningless fees after you switch operator among other things Very sneaky business Good luck with that

It s probably the worst phone service

It s probably the worst phone service company in Norway They guaranteed me that they have electronic SIM card to Apple Watch however after signing the contract it turned out that they do not have such a service They also boasted that their internet was the fastest in Norway and would work well abroad Both in Norway and abroad it is so slow that even most pages don t load at all Sometimes it doesn t even work abroad at all It s not enough two recent bills were about 500 kr too high each

As a business customer of talkmore

As a business customer of talkmore I have a very bad experience with talkmor always something wrong with invoices always trying to deceive and very poor service in the end I moved to another operator but the problems with Talkmor are not over yet recommend all business customers to find another operator

More 30 minutes is not acceptable

I wait and wait and wait and the waiting music is so noisy in my phone - More 30 minutes is not acceptable What happend to your call back service
