The TYHO therapist I am currently seeing has helped me so much on this journey She is patient kind and extremely perceptive to my thoughts feelings and experiences - which in turn has allowed me to reframe and reconcile I am very happy I came across TYHO Thank you -

Sandya was my counsellor for the day I found her to be analytical and understanding of my me and my complex issues I did feel more understood as this is not always the case in the past with other practitioners I appreciate that they have the online option so I can do it from the comfort of my home but there is also the option of meeting up for a 1 on 1 which is great too

I engaged Abigail last year when I was going through a difficult time She actively listened to my concerns and helped me to unpack some of my challenges She was also able to take me through some of her resources to help me gain a different perspective on these issues Subsequently I reached out to Abigail for other concerns including my health and she really became a source of support for me Her words of encouragement and positive affirmations have motivated me and helped me see myself in a more positive light If you are looking for a thoughtful and empathetic therapist look no further
