Do not purchase from this seller My experience with them is absoutely horrible I made a purchase of the X5 Pro and contacted them to find out why it was not shipped I was told that my payment was marked as High Risk but my bank showed as being paid Well i was told for faster shipment to cancel the order and place it again with a link sent to me and i would be refunded for the first order Wrong --- The first order was not refunded and i am getting the run around on my refund I ended up disputing the charge and the bank gives them 30 days to respond to the dispute So 359 times 2 is what i owe until the dispute is setteled if i win They are horrible to work with on setteling my dispute My advice is don t walk away from Tanggula-- RUN

Tanggula boxes are not reliable
My cousin purchased a Tanggula X1 box for me in March 2023 I never used the box daily I mainly use it during football and basketball season the box is only a little over a year old and the sound is gone the company will not replace the box if I used the box daily it would have probably gone out a lot sooner The customer service is AI as I kept getting multiple automated responses from different customer support techs requesting the same information over and over again they suggested using Bluetooth which is pointless if there is no sound to project Think twice before purchasing from this product

If you guys don t know about this
If you guys don t know about this yet Get a Tanggula box and save yourself hundreds of dollars a month on subscriptions I have tried magic tv boxes over the years and this one is by far the easiest to use Only had one outage over the years but customer service helped me resolve it quickly A great product If you don t want to pay them in bit coin you can buy them on eBay through PayPal Joanna and I love them

I have a Tanggula Tv Elite Max this box
I have a Tanggula Tv Elite Max this box is amazing I have so many channels it s amazing all paper views are in there hella channels I connected it with a Ethernet cable and it works to perfection I used to have a different live tv but I pay every month Tangula Tv is a good investment because no monthly payment My only complaint is I wish I bought it sooner honestly one of the best decisions I ever made don t hesitate to get it
