Worst experience ever Had an 48 hout delay needed to book my own hotel in Lisbon Getting your money back is a so hard And then they gave me 3 vouchers knowing now that you can only use 2 vouchers per booking its deliberate fraud Never flying TAP agian

Shameful company Still waiting for compensation for hotel expenses etc due to a canceled flight in july 2022 flight canceled first when were to check in at the airport in Lisbon They don t even care to answer on customer mails Don t support this shameful company Don t fly with them ever more Jr Linkar

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever Missed my tranfers on both ways 10 hour delay first and 20 hour delay back After submitting a complaint i get a reply 7 MONTHS later saying the flight has been flown we consider the situation closed Like what Also made about 150 euro extra costs on these trips on taxi s train and even baggage on a alternative flight because they didn t book that for me They don t plan on giving me any kind of compensation at all

Appalled
Appalled Left shaken by our mistreatment at the departure gate We were threatened with being denied onto the already delayed flight because boarding was finally called midway through taking my 3 year old to the toilet and changing my baby s nappy Which they were aware of We had been waiting at the departure gate for 2 hours prior to this The integrity of this company needs to be examined by a professional standards board Amazed they are still a member of the Star Alliance Our return flight was also three hours delayed

I am ashamed that TAP our national airline treat their customers like rubbish I paid extra for 3 seats that was 26 00 per seat to travel together Special I spending all Easter at a Portuguese hospital When checking at the gate they moved my wife to the back of the plane No explanation now it s up to me to make a claim I am been traveling with TAP for over 35 years It s absolutely discussing No wonder this airline is going down

Disgusting rude and unhelpful If you want any kind of help with this airline- keep on dreaming The customer service rep even hangs up the phone on you Avoid this airline at all costs believe me if you encounter a problem- your chances of winning the lottery will be better than getting it resolved

TAP flight cancellations Worst ever company
One more time within 3 months TAP changed the time of my flight Christmas they changed from late afternoon to 6 in the morning That destroyed my Christmas Today they changed my flight on Saturday from morning till late night so arrive at my destination at midnight with no connection trains etc Ruined my Saturday at the arrival destination No compensation no nothing Rude people

Worst company ever Avoid it We booked our flights in advance for this summer and while checking on our tickets we saw that the return flight has been cancelled without any email to warn us about this They re not answering at all neither on social networks nor by phone and calling them is bloody expensive given that you never get an answer I ve read comments and apparently they still haven t refund customers who had issues 2 years ago I m thus very concerned about my own issue

12 hours delayed and lost luggage - no response from TAP about compensation
Bought return tickets from Copenhagen to Cape Verde via Lisbon from TAP The return flight from Cape Verde was delayed and we missed the second TAP flight from Lisbon therefore ending up 12 hours late and without luggage which was dumped on the way TAP is not responding to our request for the compensation we are entitled to under EU regulation and we have had to buy legal help

Dreadful website It gives a price Then when the customer is progressing through the booking process the price shoots up for no reason I didn t add anything not insurance or seats or baggage But the price still increased Come on TAP you are Portugal s official airline You can do better than to adopt these rather childish and shady practices Learn from EasyJet
