When we encountered an issue with the initial setup they were responsive and really helpful The ability to add any information you like not just a limited selection of predetermined drop-down menus like most other companies offer is a huge plus When we decided to purchase additional Tap and Share products they assisted us with connecting all the devices to a single profile -- exemplary customer service

Just got our tap and share google review key chains so haven t had a chance to try them out yet but looks like they should work great We did have issues with the password they sent not working twice but they took care of it and now they seem to be working good
