The website was easy to negotiate and I found the part I required in minutes it was dispatched 2 days later and arrived with me 2 days later and fitted perfectly They even provide instructions on how to fit it

Amazing customer care

I ordered some replacement parts for my tap which arrived the following day but I had mistakenly ordered a part that would turn in the opposite direction to what I wanted I phoned Tap Magician up and spoke with Dan who kindly sent me a video of how to reverse the direction and walked me through it Unfortunately I damaged the silicon gasket and sent Dan a photo of it He said he would sent me a new silicon gasket The next day I received the new silicon gasket and a whole new tap valve set which would go in the right direction I was taken by surprise That was magic They go over and above in terms of customer care Brilliant highly recommend them

They make tap repair easy

I was struggling to find a replacement cartridge for my daughter s tap Another company gave me there name Having carefully taken the measurements and counted the splines I wrote the sizes down and labelled them with there letters from the charts which made it a lot easier to find the correct cartridge Ordered it and it came quickly It s has saved me fitting a new tap Keep up the good work

Prompt delivery Fitted correctly with one minor mod of having to countersink the head screw about a mm due to the unit not being the exact same design Important dimensions correct Perhaps my error
