Very Happy with Alice s customer service

i do not normally write reviews but in this case I did as I believe taps and sink online is above the average company in terms of customer experience delivered to its customers and knowledge shared 5 stars to Alice for helping me in getting the right valve and bush for my Franke tap Alice is very professional and identified the type of tap valve through the pictures I sent her She explained everything I needed to know in detail The parcel was delivered in a timely manner so I could sort the leak I will no doubt to use this company again in the future

This company really care about their customers I ordered some new cartridges for a Franke tap and the website also referenced bushes I ordered both cartridges and bushes When I took the old cartridges out of the tap body there were no bushes I contacted Taps Sinks to arrange to return the unused parts and mentioned in my email that there were no bushes in my tap Almost immediately I received an email asking for more details of my tap because Franke seemed to think that it had bushes I sent some photos and the day after I received a full refund of the cost of the unnecessary bushes This is exceptional service and T S should be commended for the standard of their customer care They will be the first place I look in future

Could not have had better service and communication We live in Australia and found it impossible to get new tap valves and were faced with replacing two whole sets of taps at around 400 pounds each New valves were located and I was able to fix everything for around 100 pounds including postage via UK

leaky squealing monobloc kitchen tap

I had a leaky monobloc kitchen tap that was leaking and then began making a squealing noise when another tap hose or washing machine was on After enquiring about the what part I needed Alice was spot on with the make and model Quick delivery and tap all sorted now Highly recommend

I had a fault on my Hi Tech Monobloc tap and was unsure how to proceed as there are currently no plumbers available due to Coronavirus I typed the tap details in google and tapsandsinksonline were listed in the first page I explained the fault and attached a photo shortly afterwards I received a recommended part and was directed to a how to section on their website The part was delivered promptly by DPD and following the guide on their website I replaced the part and my tap is now back in use I would highly recommend trying this site first before anything else

I recently bought a pair of replacement cartridges for my Franke Athena tap I found the pictures on the tapsandsinks web site very useful making sure I was buying the correct model They also had a helpful troubleshooting link explaining any possible pitfalls that I might encounterwhen replacing the cartridges The parts were very competitively priced and they arrived in 3 days tapsandsinks will definitely be my first call in the future
