Could not ask for better service
I had bought the wrong product from them a pump I called them they went out of there way to make sure that I bought the correct product which my plumber had wronly advised me to get they sent the new product to me at work and arranged the old one to be picked up from there as well I would definatly order from them again

Very helpful
my old shower decided to die on me googled it and rang up tapstore and they advised me on suitable replacement ordered there and then and it arrived next day and it fitted perfectly

Customer satisfaction
Ordered a shower pump 16 months ago from tapstore and received next day This week the pump broke down I contacted tapstore They were extremely helpful especially Tim and dispatched a new shower pump with a significant discount reflecting the short life of the last one even though the old one was no longer under manufacturers warrantee Received and fitted next day I can t fault the customer service Thanks guys - will definitely use you again

Excellent customer service I recommend them
Excellent customer service initially called with a few questions which were quickly and clearly answered Placed the order online and the shower unit arrived promptly There was an issue with the shower not Tapstore s fault within 24 hrs I had a replacement unit back in the hands of the plumber Given this was in the gap between Christmas and New year I think that was amazing Happy to recommend and will use them again in the future Thank you
