Did my first of 2 training courses with Target over Zoom I must admit I was apprehensive about completing training over Zoom as I didn t feel I would get the most out of the day Scott really focused on meeting my needs he tailored the day to my learning style to ensure I maximised my return He was friendly and took his time to make sure I got the most out of the two days The course content was incredible useful and I am excited to move onto the next course next week with Ralph The company are easy to communicate with they are extremely accommodating and helpful and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for training

Brilliant two days 1-2-1 coaching with Claire

A 1-2-1 two day course developing my coaching skills with Claire Target Trg In my journey from being a very experienced workplace trainer to becoming a coach this was an enormous step forward I have learned so much in two days it was intense both on the theory and techniques involved and via practical application I cannot thank Claire enough innovative intuitive enthusiastic and very very knowledgeable it really felt like being guided by an expert and very personable on Zoom too - it worked well Worth every penny to myself and the company I shall be back for more Thank you

What can I say I was apprehensive at first with my confidence not being a natural high This is the best course for training the trainer The 2 day Train the Trainer course was beyond my expectations I learned invaluable skills which I hope to put into practise as soon as possible Thank you so much to Claire and Ralph for yoir support and unparalleled knowledge during the course

Coaching Skills Training Course

Coaching Skills Training Course Claire Moody of Target Training ran a 2 day course for us PepsiCo UK Performance and Productivity Team this week The effort she put in to tailor the training to our specific team requirements was impressive and the training itself was excellent This on its own would have been easily worth the minimal costs involved but when I consider the follow-up support and resources that are now available to us to reinforce the learnings and allow us to practice our newly learned skills I have no hesitation in recommending Target as a Go To provider Many thanks

Advanced Coaching Skills Course

This course was superb I didn t know what to expect going into the course as my workplace signed us up but it Claire our trainer and coach was absolutely fantastic There were moments where I felt out of my comfort zone but I learnt so much on the course and I feel that this has really helped my long term development - not just in my career but as a person

I attended a 2 day train the trainer course and the workshop was fun informative and I learned such a lot in the 2 days Lifelong training skills that I will take forward and use throughout my working life What inspired me the most was the Training Lead a bright engaging and extremely knowledgable lady called Claire Claire was extremely patient and literally nothing was too much bother I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days Claire inspired me that much that I have ordered one of her books from Amazon Thank you so much Claire you truly are a natural light house and a lovely person
