If I could give a 0 star rate or - I would They canceled my flight back in march and since then I did not see my money or anything back They are totally ignoring my emails and any other type of communication They are steeling money without been held to account by anyone Absolute disaster i will never recommend you to book with them

very rude company with expensive flights i wrote million emails about my broken baggage no body ansers to emails i called them and i lost my credit after 90 minutes waiting they told me they cant help you are very rude company with bad service delayed flights my baggage cost 150 euro you completly destructed it i hope that yiu will be disappeared as soon as possible

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Flight from Bucharest to Auckland New Zealand with initially 2 stopovers First flight canceled by KLM which transferred me to a flight with Tarom from Bucharest to Istanbul This one was delayed by 45 minutes so I missed my second flight Stranded at Istanbul airport I contacted KLM to find another flight This phone call costed me around 230 because out of European Union To date KLM puts the blame on TAROM It has now been 6 months and still no reply from TAROM whose customer service can only be contacted by email When there is no problem they know how to take our money but when there is a dispute there is no one left to provide customer service I do not recommend at all

If there was a star denoting a 0 I would have picked that The airline is the worst possible I could have imagined They lost my luggage and refuse to cooperate Not to mention that no one speaks English well they pretend not to and are absolute PICKE and give you inexistent phone numbers I wish you bankruptcy

I would like to express my dissatisfaction by flying Tarom My newly bought luggage came out thoroughly broken from the conveyor I have no idea what service is this I have filled a form at the taromCounter and have the complaint number I sent them e mail with the necessary info and photo of the damage report and there is no answer as expected I really regret flying Tarom

Yes we are a rude airline
Yes we are a rude airline shouted the attendant at the baggage checkin desk as we walked off to board the plane Had it not been for the fact that we had a baby traveling with us and were seeing off our elderly relatives on a long-haul flight I would have laughed Instead I was upset especially as I could see it had added a bit of extra stress to my wife s parents long journey back home The Tarom paris crew have earnt themselves a bit of a reputation amongst the ground staff as being an awful rude lot treating customers with contempt We later found out as we made a complaint with airport You shouldn t be allowed to wear the Romanian colors You discredit your company and your flag

Damage suitcase and no reply for over 6 months
Tarom damaged my suitcase however my problem is not receiving the reimbursement or any reply for 6 months While they did reply in the beginning one of their customer service employees was so kind as to hang up the phone during the conversation Sadly they did not pick up after

Very rude crew 1 hour delay avoid for connection flight
Very rude crew please avoid this airline I normally do not take things personally I was mistreated and I saw other passengers being disrespected while waiting in the queue for the toilet on board They also broke my new suitcase Their check-in website is a whole new story very bad airline to be able to operate internationally Pay the little extra and enjoy your journey

The worst airline
The worst airline I ve ever flown with extremely rude staff dirty planes with stains and rubbish all over and almost no leg room They even lie about the baggage allowance and force you to pay 75 extra for hand luggage that is included in the boarding pass
