I recently purchased 10 tarps from this company and got great customer service with my quote up front The wrong size tarps were accidentally sent but the company responded quickly to correct the issue I got the correct tarps the very next day and returned the incorrect ones without any hassle I will definitely use this company for any future needs and appreciated the level of professionalism and service

I ordered a field tarp for our HS varsity softball diamond and worked with sales associate Jesi and she was amazing Was able to answer all my questions got the order processed very quickly and she was extremely customer friendly It was great to be able to get this taken care of in a timely manner Can t wait to use the product

I had placed an order and 30 minutes later I realized that I ordered the wrong size Tarp I reached out directly to Tarps now and Jesi assisted me in canceling that order and allowing me to place another order with the correct size It was super easy which I completley appreciate A couple hours later I received an email notifying me that my new order had shipped Amazing service by Jesi I obviously haven t received my Tarp yet so I can t comment on the quality but I went with this company based off the great reviews on quality so I m sure that I ll like the tarp Thanks again Jesi
