Totally incompetent

I ordered 2 of the canisters The Tahitian Rooibos tea Totaling 36 90 on November 29th After waiting for a week and a half and hearing nothing from them about the order I emailed them and explained it was a Christmas gift for someone and I would need it no later than Dec 12th They emailed back and gave the excuse that they had just gotten a shipment in and would be mailing it out to me on Dec 9th and upgrading the shipping so that it would arrive on time before my deadline That never happened Then I got a notice that they sent this out by USPS and I wouldn t be getting it until DEC 19th Which is way past what I needed it by And this is the best part they are going to refund me the cost of shipping a whopping 4 90 Seriously They never informed me that they tea was out of stock until after I asked why I had not received it Had they notified me right away I could have shopped elsewhere for it So now I have no gift to give my person AND no place to purchase it from and receive it by the 13th PLUS I now have to pay to ship it to the person I bought it for Having said all of this I suggested that they might overnight another one to me so that have it by December 12th If for no other reason than just good business to keep a customer happy because you know this is completely your fault They never responded to that e-mail I paid them in good faith to deliver this item and they woefully neglected to hold up their end of the deal Don t purchase from this company Theres a good chance you won t receive your merchandise in the time frame needed
