All this looks like fake reviews - I had ordered Sunday 24 11 and recieved order friday 29 11- I ordered 18 meals and recieved only 16 - The meal itself looks very poor and the macros on the packaging could not be real as they say 40g of protein and you barel have 50g of chicken there Really bad experience I feel scamed

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever Food quality is very bad and taste is disgusting I wouldn t take this food again even if it was offered for free It took 3 days for my order to arrive and there is no customer service phone number to ask for an update The delay gave me an illusion that their food is so good and they are very busy and it turned out to be the opposite

The packaging was awful
The packaging was awful Oil licked to whole box 6 out of 20 boxes were damaged open and the rest fully oily Requested refund at least for the damaged ones and was rejected in request Instead they offered to send new replacement meals which I refused Have no intention to order from them anymore

Unreliable and bad service for high price
Can easily take more than two weeks before you get your package I did not even get mine yet Really disappointing to let everyone order and just deliver whenever you want Would not recommend to buy from them Their customer service is also only available through email so it can take days before you get in touch

Better late than never
Today received my delivery The company made the effort to get it before the weekend which I appreciate The food low in fat and carbohydrates which was delicious Thanks guys girls This company had some issues with post NL but despite that delivery was done by them self within 40km Nice to know for the next time
