At first glance I had taken a liking to the TaxBit platform I had used trial versions of 4-5 other services to compare the general feel and functionality and TaxBit s UI was personally my favorite It s sleek colorful and displays all the information I want to see in a clear and concise way In addition to that you can t beat the price at almost half of what some other crypto tax services are charging for the same features Love it Now unfortunately to be transparent I had some issues creating my account This was a rare thing which none of my other peers that use TaxBit have ever encountered so I do not fault them for this in any amount If time had been a factor in this situation where a tax deadline was approaching this technical error could have cost them a future customer but fortunately they were able to fix it quickly and completely Their customer service was impeccable They offer a live chat feature which I find will put many consumers at ease having near-instant access to help without a phone call Beyond that they promptly replied to all of my emails within a couple of hours At the end their tech support even credited my account for the inconvenience Couldn t ask for better handling of the situation 10 10Lastly given this being my first time preparing crypto tax documents I was having a little trouble converting importing some of the CSV files that were given to me by the brokers exchanges I had used Once again not only did TaxBit promptly reply to my support question they offered for me to send them the file and they would prepare import it for me That is 5 star material all day Saved me much time and headache I would recommend TaxBit to everyone at any experience level
