The worst taxi company I have ever used A drung driver picked our family in new years eve from the center of vienna The driver was watching porn video in his telefone He started the car before all of us had entered the taxi We paid almost double compared with the driver that delivered us in the center of the town

Avoid using this company Our hotel booked a transfer through this company and agreed to a fix price of 50 euro for the trip alongside 2 other taxis whom accepted and received said amount Once at our destination our driver demanded 118 euro When we refused to pay this amount due to the fact that this agreement did not occur nor was this information conveyed by the company he refused to give our luggage and called the police stating we placed our hands on him which certainly was a false allegation yet caused a portion of our trip to be interrupted at our expense

It s a joke that I ordered a taxi on reservation 2 days in advance from Mariahilferstrasse to Perchtoldsdorf and 4 minutes before pick up time the driver cancels the ride Then I call support center and they said hold on they are checking then left on hold for 12 minutes I just decided to go ny Uber instead of sitting on the phone any longer It s ridiculous Absolute waste of time Why do you offer this service if the driver can cancel so close to the pickup time I even have the screenshot to show when he cancelled This behavior is unacceptable and terrible customer service

AVOID i phoned for a taxi last Friday where i knew it would be busy after 45 minutes waiting in the freezing cold temperatures the taxi driver finally decided to arrive TAXI DRIVER FROM HELL i could smell him from miles away when i opened the car door a gust of smoke almost blew me as good as my ex husband did it appeared to be the DEVILS LETTUCE little did he know i have chronic asthma and i didnt even have my epi-pen with me he proceeded to call me his babe and kept asking me what my plans are for the rest of the night at this point i thought i was going to use my pepper spray To make this journey even worst the taxi driver fallen asleep on the wheel at a traffic light from all of the hash he had previously been smoking after this experience i advise you walk or arrange a private transfer
