Very poor company with very poor customer service - do not use
As per another review took a deposit for a return journey gave a booking reference didn t reply to emails taxi didn t turn up and no contact from them to say it wouldn t be there Subsequently they have given different reasons for the failure to turn up when I have emailed them - one saying the driver had covid another saying it was a computer error Keep making excuses as to why refund hasn t been made Absolutely terrible customer service do not use them UPDATE I had initially questioned whether this was a scam company in my review and they now contact me regularly threatening legal action Therefore I take back my accusation of them being a scam and instead advise that they are a very poor company with very very poor customer service who don t contact you unless they have to They did refund me eventually but for less money than I paid for the deposit They now accuse my bank of taking charges hence the lower amount of the refund - they do not realise that I used to work for the very same bank and know that they don t take charges for such refunds It could have been due to a difference in exchange rates but instead of considering that Taxiyo threaten legal action and accuse my bank of taking charges As I say - terrible company terrible customer service let me down make accusations and threaten legal action because they get 1 5 on TrustpilotI ll let you else use if you use them FURTHER UPDATE roughly 2weeks later - After requesting proof of the amount of the deposit that I paid and proof of the lower amount of the refund that I finally received from them Taxiyo have still failed to refund the difference Unbelievably poor service And just a thought - since leaving me stranded in a foreign country initially making up different excuses for not turning up and then blaming a computer glitch then threatening me with legal action and incorrectly blaming my bank for taking non-existant charges they have not once offered any kind of gesture of goodwill for their inability to fulfil the obligations of the contract they entered into with me by taking my deposit Good luck if you decide to use this company

This is an update See original below I got this from TAXIYO when I posted my genuine review You can make your own mind up what you think if TAXIYO see their email to me below I have received several of these now Summary is that TAXIYO took large deposit and then the night before leaving with three children in an early morning start they did not confirm a booking or reply to any urgent contact Dear Customer Our team responded to your previous email Your driver was scheduled and you were receive details soon But as per your request your booking cancelled and you will get refund Also here is a copy of our previous email to you Regarding your reservation and the 550 000 compensation claim The disparaging comments on internet you made about our company will cause us significant financial and emotional damage In this situation our international legal team will file a lawsuit against you for 550 000 in damages Please note Our system automatically sends driver details to customers 2 days or up to 2 hours before the ride depending on the location Due to the high season we are receiving a high volume of emails Today our team has already responded to your refund request However we received a disparaging comment about our company on Trustpilot Your taxi service is still more than 15 hours away You have left a bad review for a service you have not yet received Please delete your comment We will give you a 30 discount coupon for future reservations Please note we won a 50 000 lawsuit against a customer who previously made disparaging remarks about our company The customer also had to cover 30 000 in legal fees Our company is currently in the process of securing new investments so your comment will affect us even more financially and emotionally Therefore the compensation claim will be 550 000 A notification has been sent to our lawyers regarding the case filPlease delete your comment on trustpilot and other platforms if you made We will then instruct our lawyers to cancel the case file We can solve this issue mutually Every customer is valuable to us We want to regain your trust We will also give you a 30 discount coupon -When you book and pay a large deposit with Taxiyo guess what you haven t actually got a booking You get an emailing to make sure you understand this and then it is left completely open if a driver is not found up the the night before your holiday So the decent thing would be to communicate that there is no driver found and refund 48 hours before 24 hours would even be something but to have no communication leave you feeling totally high and dry We are leaving at 7am in the morning and it s after 7pm We emailed support yesterday and today and go NO REPLY Given that it s a time sensitive transaction it s terrible service You have to ask yourself if you want to book with a company that takes money off you for no firm booking and then not offer a refund It appears others have also had to chase for a refund when the driver could not be found

It was a good experience So convenient to book a ride from A point to B point it is so helpful when me and my family travelling Very Good Service I Recommend to Everyone Booking the VIP minibus was really easy The Taxiyo website made it simple to choose the VIP option for our group of six people ensuring we would have a comfortable and luxurious ride When we arrived in Barcelona our driver greeted us They looked great and were really helpful They knew a lot about the city and gave us great recommendations for things to do and good places to eat

What a lifesaver Taxiyo was for us
What a lifesaver Taxiyo was for us We could not find any local taxis to get us and luggage just 20 minutes away on Lake Como Italy and Taxiyo came through Even on the day of the Grand Fondo bike race in Lombardia our driver managed to come as soon as the race ended and roads opened up to transport us Very pleasant driver with a great sense of humor I seriously think we would have had to walk with all of our luggage on the narrow winding roads here as we were giving up hope on the local companies Thank you Taxiyo
