Really poor knives

Really poor knives Handles feel nice and weight reasonable but the knives I threw away when I replaced with these were better Not sharp don t hold an edge - as a result I have cut myself more in the last two weeks than I ever did with my old ones - you have to use so much pressure they slip Even my husband has noticed and commented what a waste of 70 Was trying to buy high st to support stores - but going back on line and back to my old brand

Eye Witness Two Stage

Bought a Taylor s Eye Witness Two Stage Suction Grip Knife Sharpener I would have to say it s probably the most useless kitchen implement I have ever purchased in my entire life It s a really poor product that simply does not do what it says on the tin

What a great company excellent products and second to none customer service I received a set of their Brooklyn Titanium knives as a gift in 2020 Around a year later a fault developed on one knife where the handle became loose the knives were still sharp and I loved the feel of the handles so a shame to throw them out I sent an email with a photo of the knife and immediately received a response that they would replace the knife no quibble no fuss Today I received a lovely set of 3 replacement knives arrived I cannot fault their commitment to customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone

Excellent company with excellent products I recently purchased a new knife from them as I have a few excellent other ones of theirs When I bought it it reminded me they carried a lifetime guarantee I had a Chefs Knife produced by them and the tip snapped after about 10 years or so I emailed them with a photo and within a couple of days they sent me a brand new modern equivalent at no charge whatsoever with a very friendly note Best company I have ever come across Highly recommend - one of the few companies with a no quibble guarantee that actually does what it says Great Thanks again to them

Excellent Customer Service

I had a knife set for a couple of years one day one of the blades snapped I sent photos to T E W and a few emails later I had a new knife set arriving at my door Best customer service I have ever received Great knives too
