I recently attended a boxercise class at this gym and I have to say it was one of the best workouts I ve had in a long time The coach leading the class Tobi was truly outstanding He was incredibly encouraging and motivating and his positive attitude really helped me push through some tough moments during the workout I ve been to a few boxercise classes in the past but this was the first one that truly made me want to come back for more Tobi s expertise and guidance were truly exceptional and he made sure that everyone in the class was using proper form and technique to avoid injury The workout itself was intense and challenging but also incredibly fun I loved the combination of punching and kicking moves and the upbeat music kept me motivated and energized throughout the entire class Overall I can t recommend Tobi s boxercise class enough Whether you re an experienced athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey this class is sure to challenge you and leave you feeling accomplished I m already looking forward to my next session and can t wait to see the progress I ll make under Tobi s expert guidance
