I placed an order for 1000 random bulk pokemon cards I was NOT happy with what I recieved I reached out 3 times to tcgplayer in hopes of resolving my issue I never recieved a response

It s a scam They take good cards out of packs then reseal I got a vmax crowbat and a crowbat v from seperate single packs and a cinderace vmax and a cinderace v from seperate single packs all in the same purchase order tell me the odds of getting two pokemon bad cards of the vmax and v types from 4 seperate single packs all in the same order Plus an order I had a week ago had all resealed packs It s a waste of money hopefully the people just stop using the site or else consumers will continue to be scammed

Been using this company for years i ve spent thousands of dollars recently made another purchase most everything went smoothly except for one seller who never responded Packages right around 2 to 3 months late Very slow communication or rather there was no communication very one-sided communication from TCG player instead of working out something to the customers satisfaction they refunded me two dollars which I did not ask for I asked for the cards that I ordered 2 wishclaw talisman there was no acknowledgment of what I asked for or anything else they simply did what they wanted to Very sad as this company used to handle situations far better

They better tracking data

Would have been nice to track my order Every time I went to there website it said it was being delivered by unknown carrier and tracking info has not been updated Then I logged on June 7 and it said it was delivered on the 6th checked my old mail to see if I overlooked but I know I didn t I messed then today June 7th telling them I don t have my package and asking who the carrier was I tried on UPS and USPS website using the tracking number It says does not exist My coworker said using TCGPlayer was a hit and miss We ll I guess I miss

Negative feedback for sellers deleted without reason

The website removes negative feedback for sellers consistently I ve left both good and bad reviews to inform buyers about different seller s ethics TCG Player has removed every single bad feedback that I ve left for no reason other than we don t agree Well they didn t buy the products I did So how can they disagree Do not trust this site They lie about the seller s feedback to make more money at the cost of the buyer

Pre order fallout collection one month advance the day of the release I didn t get my item and after 3 weeks of waiting I got a full refund and now the item is 500 I even got TCG membership because it guarantee safety buying Which was bullshet still didn t get my item and never again will buy new items from this website

TCGPLAYER is nothing but a scam they allow certain sellers to be labeled as a physical lgs when they are not Some they have listed as a physical LGS have been shut down by their state for illegal practices I checked 50 physical LGS 16 had been closed for criminal behavior You receive fake cards from these stores product that is Moderately played and not near mint It s awful all around

No longer refund damaged cards

They no longer are refund orders for damage cards even when a picture is provided I bought from the site for over 2 years over 10k in cards and noticed recently that TCG player will no longer step in to resolve issues with bad sellers like Dabbers who sell damaged cardsWent back in fort with the bots of customer service been over 2 months now and still nothing even after reaching out nothing has been done and I would no longer recommend the site
