Great recruitment experience

I was approached by TCM for a solutions architect role at an online retailer They clearly understood the brief well and had obviously done a great deal of research on my profile - something that seems to be missing in these days of highly automated online recruitment The recruiter outlined the role and profile of the company with great clarity Just over 3 weeks later I started the job The whole process was slick well organised and very professional I was kept me up to date with every step of the process not just before I got the offer but afterwards too At the end of the first week I was contacted personally to make sure I d settled in and payments were all working correctly Small details like that may seem insignificant but they make a world of difference especially in what feels like a really brutal recruitment market I d highly recommend TCM partners without any hesitation
