TD bank automatically declines cards on suspicious sites for fraud It had saved me from fraud 2 times so far because I couldn t process my card card got declined when using it on those fraudy sites or emails Good for them

Credit card problem

Had an issue with my account 2 weeks ago and when I called customer service my agent was so very patient and helpful with my situation No matter how many questions I had about my credit card account He answered all and even guided me through how to transfer funds from my savings to my credit card account I love TD bank and their employees

I called so confused about why I had a text message telling me I had money deposited into my account and this gentleman helped me out so much He was confused as much as I was but he did everything he could to help me In the end we got it figured out Sweet guy Excellent service

Opening my first account was a little intimidating cause I didn t want to choose the wrong option but my Personal Banking Associate Nayan Akis was very helpful and guided me through all the options and helped me choose the correct account that best suited me He was very pleasant courteous and patient Above has 5 stars but my personal rating for Mr Akis is 10 10 stars
