Neighbour treated with contempt
Team A5 has recently rented a neighbouring 4-bed house There has been some confusion over the likely occupants The landlord has been told by Team A5 that autistic children will become the tenants Such care would be generally provided via the supported living format However the landlord now feels that he may have been misinformed I called to check because upon investigation Team A5 generally supports past offenders drug abusers and so on Their website suggests that the charity works with the police other bodies and neighbours to minimise anti-social behaviour crime etc related to their tenants I phoned Team A5 as a neighbour I very politely introduced myself and my connection to the property I asked who would become the tenants A mixture of silence and who are you was the order of the day until I was passed to the Manager I politely explained everything again and asked who the tenants will be She told me bluntly to speak with the landlord I gently reminded her that I am a neighbour and that their website suggests that Team A5 works with neighbours so I would like to know She told me to email my concern I suggested that I don t yet have a concern and a call might be better I asked for her name and when might be convenient to call back She hung up without giving her name I repeatedly tried to call again but my number appears to be blocked I was polite non confrontational and softly spoken on the phone If asking a simple question receives this sort of response then it is apparent that Team A5 is entirely unprofessional Be aware that contrary to the marketing message Team A5 has no interest in communicating with neighbouring property owners Imagine if we had an actual problem with one of their tenants something they concede can happen or we felt that one of their tenants required assistance Blocking a neighbour s number so that I may not call is a dereliction of Team A5 s commitment to its tenants and the local residents

One Star is far too generous
One star is not a reflection on the way this company claims to carry out it a business es It should be NO STARS As a neighbour of an A5 rented property there has been zero consultation and zero respect for concerns raised In fact the only thing A5 is good at is ignoring you
