Had my first bike fitting done by Richie at Team cycles It was a brilliant service and I would recommend it to anyone I had only ever guessed off the feel with setting up bikes in the past After the bike fitting Richie had got the bike properly dialled in for me and it felt great really pleased

EMTB online purchase went perfectly
I wanted to upgrade to an EMTB and would normally only consider purchase from my local bike shop There is currently a nationwide shortage of the EMTB s that I had under consideration so I searched online and located one at Team Cycles I was a bit concerned at buying such an expensive item online but saw little alternative Following placing the order I contacted Team to clarify the likely delivery day to arrange to meet the courier They were helpful and polite and clearly explained the process In the end the courier delivered a day earlier than they promised expected which was a bonus The bike was delivered well packaged and was immaculate I m delighted with both the bike and with Team Cycles I won t hesitate to use them in future

I was looking to upgrade my bike to a full suspension so after some research online i found Teamcycles I cant thank Peter and the rest of the team enough at Teamcycles for all their help in choosing my new bike Peter explained everything i needed to know and even set the bike up for me when i arrived to pick it up I would highly recommend this company

Great experience from order to delivery
Ordered a Trek Rail 5 online The delivery was very quick customer services was helpful and importantly the bike arrived in one piece fully operation and without a scratch even though the box was a little battered - and it was delivered upside-down

Great guys During COVID - I bought a bike from them - but it was stolen during the delivery process - the Teams boys did a fantastic job to trying to relocate another and when not possible - refunded me without question Amazing well done

Excellent advice really nice people
I ve been looking for a new bike and decided to go in and see some bikes for myself Firstly I m really impressed with the covid measures they re taking asking everyone nicely to sanitise wear face coverings and they keep a good distance The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful There was no pressure just good questions asked in order to find a suitable bike for me I advised that I d not be making a purchase that day and they were fine with it even giving me a test ride Went back the next day made a purchase and they were able to sort a bike out that day I ll use them again
