Team RH is great they are so helpful give the best advice if when your struggling as long as your tracking 100 They truly only want whats best for you so you can become a better healthier person I thought Id struggle with weighing my food out but its so easy love learning about the foods im eating

Excellent customer service Had an issue courier related damage to my product and the team were really helpful and responsive PS The protein powder is awesome Tastes great not grainy mixes well and I need to keep it under lock and key so my son doesn t pinch it Best I ve tried PPS and the BITE ME tracker is WAY better than certain other trackers I ve used and it s still developing new features Richie and his team have worked really hard to make something mega useful I ve developed a much healthier mindset around food since being with TeamRH If you re serious about losing weight and changing your lifestyle TeamRH is a great resource to support you Hold yourself accountable track what you re doing get decent nutrition info trust the sensible calorie deficit worked out for you and get results Highly recommend Thanks team

Been on for 3 weeks solid now and the lbs are coming off Took a week or so to get my head around the apps as expected with any new subject But the app is easy to use the plan is simple yet effective and really enjoyable It teaches you without realising you are being taught Nothing is off limits and I am feeling fully satisfied by the end of the day without the cravings I m excited for this journey and looking forward to ramping it up a notch when the kids are back at school And the strawberry protein shake is delicious a treat itself
