Mis Sold Product Non Existent Customer Service
To explain my review the below is an extract from an email sent to Teamtailor in August to which I have not received a reply I have reviewed our account and have found that the issues raised with you previously have not been resolved Whilst some of our vacancies have appeared on LinkedIn none have been uploaded to the many other jobs boards promoted by you Crucially this includes Indeed which you will recall me telling you was the only platform that was essential to our business It has now become apparent that during our conversations in March that you choose not to tell me that the postings were not automatic as the individual platforms you were promoting both personally and on your website actually select which vacancies to post Neither did you point out that they might not select any of our vacancies at all I am extremely disappointed about this and feel that you have taken advantage of the well publicised recruitment crisis that we have been facing Furthermore I believe that you have misled me into subscribing to a product that does not meet our business needs Needs that I repeatedly made very clear on several occasions during our call With free multi job board posting being the one thing that I told you we absolutely needed your product to deliver In view of the above our subscription to Teamtailor has been an expensive waste of both time and of money Money that we could ill afford and that would have clearly been far better spent with one of the multi job boards posting websites I would therefore again request a refund of our subscription fee and would ask that reply to my email today to confirm that you have processed this request along with details of when the funds will reach our account I would also like the opportunity to discuss this matter with your complaints department or a senior member of the company and would point out that this is now the third time that I have asked that my complaint is passed to someone senior However as yet no one has made contact with me Basically I was sold this ATS programme on the basis that it included free multi jobs board posting and during the sales call I made it very clear that this was the only reason I was buying the product They went along with this without telling me that they have no control over which jobs are picked up by the jobs boards and that there is no guarantee that they will be posted at all Consequently ours have not been chosen and despite several requests to speak to a senior person about my complaint and having asked for a refund my requests have fallen on deaf ears Having paid over 3k I m really not happy and don t want anyone else to make the same mistake

Non existent customer support Do we have an account manager or CS Manager If so I have no idea where they are We have encountered frequent bugs with the platform

Absolutely CX UX The company I work for uses Teamtailor to connect with potential future employees One big part of our career page is the blog section where we post articles regarding our company culture and people to offer interesting content for people who follow us Since our blog posts are quite lengthy then I first write them down in Microsoft Word and then later do the clean copy-paste CMD-SHIFT into the TeamTailor blog section But somehow and for some reason TT messes with the text s formation by adding some weird error codes inside the post even with the clean copy-pasting According to TeamTailor the easiest fix is manually typing everything straight into the Teamtailor editor instead of copy-pasting things even if you do the clean copy-paste Do you imagine writing entire in-detailed blog posts with over 3000 words into the editor when you ve already once written it down but thanks to absolutely UX you have to do it once more

Tons of potential but dysfunctional product department
Tons of potential but they seem to have a dysfunctional product department A lot of things are simply not working or adhering to modern web standards Just a few examples having to manually press save even if you wanna save work already commited in a modal on top Pressing Escape not only escaping the TOP modal they seem to like modals on top of modals on top of modals but actually ALL modals No indicator of several people editing jobs at the same time Data loss guaranteed Sending an email invitation You have no idea if the message gets sent or not Better try again Got 10 interviews booked in your calendar and about to jump on the first one No the calendar events are not including the candidate name just a link to their profile which is a pain in the a on mobile I m sick of talking to their customer support that obviously are trying their best Their product management should get fired I m stick of proposing absolutely obvious features Are there better systems out there Maybe no idea Maybe someone should do it Maybe TT can get their s t together and just fix these things It s not rocket science - just test your product with users

The worst ATS I have ever used On the chat right now with a support professional who has just told me this is how the system is built and we can t change the system when highlighting an obvious bug which means candidates emails aren t reaching the TA team

This company has posted numerous job
This company has posted numerous job listings on LinkedIn in Turkey but even though the job descriptions are always the same the company names keep changing Yes this company is an HR firm that s true but each company s need for workers and departments is different The names change but in the end the job posting is always the same and people in Turkey are living with significant inflation They are playing with people s hopes and stealing their data

As a candidate
As a candidate I have noticed a few jobs I applied for had the same application structure and realised this was Teamtailor They have been particularly awfu experiences The actual first application is fine but then it takes you to this dashboard where it suggests you do even more to fill out your profile - all of this recruiters probably won t even look at All of the applications I sent with TT took AGES to get back to me and most didn t actually respond until I pestered them

Lies about their satisfied clients
Broken system that never works I know countless people that cant apply with this awful system They never send verification emails and have ruined so many of my job searches
