The medical folks here are awesome very helpful and always recommending slight tweaks to improve quality of life but I m doing a disservice if I don t call out the phenomenal customer service Shout out to Brent and Valerie every time I have had a question concern they are always FAST to respond Hell they even replied same day to a question I put in during a holiday week with the expectation that I d hear back the next business day

I was first put on an expensive plan to have no noticeable changes Now I am suppsoed to be starting actual TRT but only the medications have arrived None of the supplies needed for TRT have been shipped For paying over 1000 in the last 6 months I m starting to feel like this not the company for me
