Illegal ethical practices supply faulty un-acreddited equipment
After purchasing a product from this company online i recieved a laptop product with no packaging no instructions and no acreddited tags to display electrical testing safety After three months the charger now sparks When requesting the company for possible refund option i was asked to try a different power cord This prompted me to assert a difinite refund Now refuses to give a refund This company is not registed with the NZS AS This company clearly test their own equipment and supply faulty unsafe gear This company does not reside at their given location and upon following up with this company the customer service is very dismissing and rude
