Extremely friendly and professional service I highly recommend this shop Bastian took the time to explain the different types of screens they could use to replace my broken iPhone 11 screen Once the repair was complete he also checked the overall condition of my phone and provided me with a brief update He emphasized that they re happy to offer support and answer any questions I may have in the future and they provide a 3-year warranty on the screen It s some of the best customer service I ve ever experienced

Excellent Service and Fair Pricing
I was having issues with my iPhone not charging and was worried something serious might be wrong Fortunately after a deep cleaning which removed a lot of dust my phone started charging perfectly again The customer service was extremely friendly fast and efficient The pricing was also very fair Overall an excellent experience 100 recommended
